making a booking

To make an initial enquiry to book the Hall please complete the booking form, and send it back (photograph acceptable) together with with the fees to the booking secretary at the address provided on the booking form. Your booking is not finalised until it has been confirmed by the booking secretary.

Payment should be made by bank transfer, details of which can be found on the booking form. We regret that credit cards of any kind cannot be accepted. If the balance of the charges is not paid at least 7 days before the date of the function(s) the hiring is liable to cancellation.

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings for 18th or 21st birthday parties.
